40sec ON - 20sec OFF
3 Rounds / 3min rest between sets

2. Plank shoulder taps 
3. Swimmers back extension
4. Mountain climbers-big steps 
5. Side crunches R
6. Side crunches L
7. Push ups - chest to the ground 
8. Hip raises 
9. Bird Dog R
10. Bird Dog L
