as you can see from our app, we have started sharing some workouts that are useful for your well-being and, why not, for preparing for the rowing events you will be attending. The workouts we have included are useful for everyone and will be set according to your physical level. We have thought of 2 types of workouts: one on the rowing machine and the other on bodyweight and which you can use wherever you are: home, gym, park, beach, etc.
The workouts will be divided by level: easy, medium and hard and by type of training. Let's start in this period with a basic training that will allow you to constantly improve your preparation and above all ... without getting bored.
In some workouts the warm-up is not included and therefore it is recommended to do something yourself, moving a little, before starting.
