SheRows involve a staff of technicians to create a training programme and evaluate the state women’s rowing training then to create healthy practices and wellness. The clubs represented in the SheRows consortium boast medaled coaches and members of their respective federations able to initiate inexperienced people to sport, who enhance the technique of expert sportsmen, on classic rowing boats, coastal rowing boats and erg:
